At AVPro Global, we pride ourselves on developing uniquely engineered solutions for today’s integrator. From matrix switchers and extension products to audio down-mixers and scalers, AVPro’s product line-up is diverse and each solution is designed to exploit every capability of the chip set inside. We do not believe in throttling features but providing integrators with cutting edge, affordable solutions. Our product cycle starts with development. It is important to remember that AVPro products are developed in-house with our US and Chinese engineering teams working together. We listen to what integrators are asking for in the field and begin to develop the products that will fill a void in the marketplace. We work closely with HDMI, HDBaseT, HDCP, Dolby™, DTS® as well as chip manufacturers to ensure the very best and capable products come to market.

Once a product has been fully developed, tested, and tested again production begins in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. AVPro owns the factory our products are made in. This allows us to control everything from where parts are sourced to QA within the production process. Once tested our products are shipped directly to AVPro HQ in the heart of the United States, Sioux Falls, SD. Here our products go through another round of testing from our in-house QA team to ensure integrators receive a product that is ready for the field.
We ship our products directly to our distributors and integrators who install our products in homes and businesses around the world. The AVPro Tech Support Team plays an integral part in the success of our products. These individuals are here to assist installers whether their question pertains to our product or not. It is on these calls that we receive valuable feedback from integrators in the field to not only better our current products but to build new solutions to solve the ever-present issues with advancements in 4K, HDR, WCG, and more.From development and manufacturing to shipping and support, the path of the AVPro Edge product is unique to AVPro. At every step of this cycle, our integrators are our top priority. We will continue to push audio video technology into the future and make sure our customers receive dependable products along the way.
